The agent forgot what I told it last week
In conversation it only remembers the current chat. Anything that has to live longer should be phrased as "remember: …" — it goes to Memory and is available in any new chat.
I connected a service but the agent says there is no data
Check two things: the connection is active under Integrations, and the service is named with @ in the request itself. If the service has several accounts, groups or legal entities, say which one you need.
The answer was not what I expected
Most often the result was not named in the request. Add the format and the breakdown: "a spreadsheet, one row per product", "a document with examples", "a short message to send to the client". See How to phrase a task.
The agent changed more records than I meant
"All", "everywhere", "the whole catalogue" are exact conditions to the agent, not figures of speech. Work like that belongs in three steps: the list with no changes → the edit on two or three records → the rest in groups. See Changes in your services.
The chat became slow and confused
It is overloaded. Start a new chat and give a short summary in the first message — that is faster than untangling a long conversation.
Do I have to repeat my rules in every chat
No, not if you stored them in memory. Commission rates, warehouses, the tone of letters, prohibitions — all of that is written down once.
Where do scheduled task results arrive
In the chat, by email, in Telegram or in MAX — the channel is chosen when the task is created and can be changed later.
Can I work without anything being stored
Yes — incognito mode: the chat does not go into history and nothing is written to memory.
What happens to my files and conversations
Document and message content is stored encrypted and used within your account, so the agent can keep the context of your work. Details are in the privacy policy.
