Consent to Personal Data Processing

I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, in accordance with Articles 6 and 7 of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR), give Whatnot Hungary Kft. (registration number 01 09 441632, tax number 32769300-2-41, registered seat 1053 Budapest, Veres Pálné utca 28. 3. em. 16. ajtó) (the "Operator") my consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below. The consent covers every form in which the Samreshuuu software (the "Software") is provided: the web version at samreshuuu.com, the mobile and desktop applications, and applications for third-party platforms. This consent is a standalone document and is not part of the Privacy Policy, the Terms of Service or the Offer Agreement.
1. Purposes of processing
Registration and identification in the Software; providing the Software's features, including AI assistant responses, document analysis, task execution and work with connected external systems; payment processing and subscription management; notifications about task status and the operation of the Software; technical support and troubleshooting.
2. Personal data covered
Email address; first and last name (if provided); company details I provide (name, taxpayer number, registered address); personal data contained in documents I upload and in my conversations with the AI assistant; identifiers and profile details in external systems I connect to the Software; Telegram ID, username and chat ID when linking Telegram; device token when push notifications are enabled; technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and the cookies required for sign-in.
3. Processing operations
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction — with or without automation. Recording, systematization, accumulation and storage are carried out in databases located in the Russian Federation.
4. Third parties and cross-border transfer
The Operator may engage sub-processors to the extent required for the purposes in Section 1: language model providers, payment services and push notification delivery services. The current list of sub-processors with their country of registration is published on the Sub-processors page. Some language model providers are registered in the USA and China, and I consent to the cross-border transfer to them of the content of my requests and the document fragments needed to answer them — only for the duration of the request. My documents and conversations are not used to train models.
5. Term and withdrawal
The consent remains in force until my account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn. I may withdraw it at any time by writing to support@samreshuuu.ru or by deleting my account in the Software settings. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. After withdrawal the Operator stops processing and deletes the personal data within 30 days, except data processed on another legal basis (including for performance of a contract and legal requirements).
