Terms of Service

1. General provisions and definitions

Service — an online platform for contract analysis and document task automation using artificial intelligence. Operator — the entity managing the samreshuuu service. User — an individual or legal entity registered in the Service. Content — any data, documents, and materials uploaded by the User to the Service.

2. Service description

The Service provides tools for analyzing contracts and legal documents using artificial intelligence, automating routine tasks, integrating with external business systems (1C, CRM, marketplaces), and managing the company's drive and documents. AI results are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal advice.

3. Registration and account

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. The User agrees to provide accurate information during registration, maintain the confidentiality of their credentials, and immediately notify the Operator of any unauthorized access to their account. The User bears full responsibility for all actions performed under their account.

4. User rights and obligations

The User may use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose and selected subscription plan. The User agrees not to use the Service to upload malicious or illegal content, not to attempt unauthorized access to the Service's systems, not to violate third-party intellectual property rights, and to comply with applicable Russian Federation legislation.

5. Intellectual property

All rights to the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and technologies, belong to the Operator. The User retains all rights to their uploaded Content. By uploading Content to the Service, the User grants the Operator a limited license to process such Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted Service operation and is not liable for losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service, decisions made based on AI analysis results, temporary Service unavailability due to technical reasons, or actions of third parties. The Operator's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the last 12 months of Service use.

7. Data processing

Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at samreshuuu.ru/privacy. By registering in the Service, the User consents to personal data processing in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

8. Subscription plans and payment

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Subscription plan details are available at samreshuuu.ru/pricing. The Operator reserves the right to change subscription plan pricing with at least 30 days prior notice to Users. Payments are processed through the InvoiceBox payment gateway.

9. Termination

The User may delete their account at any time through the Service settings. The Operator may suspend or terminate the User's access to the Service in case of violation of these Terms, use of the Service for illegal purposes, or non-payment within the established timeframes. Upon account deletion, all User data is deleted within 30 days in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. All disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved in the court at the Operator's location.
