License Agreement
Effective August 17, 2026
This License Agreement (the "Agreement") sets out the terms on which the right to use the Samreshuuu software (the "Software") is granted, including its web version, mobile and desktop applications and applications for third-party platforms. The rights holder of the Software is Whatnot Hungary Kft. (registration number 01 09 441632, tax number 32769300-2-41) (the "Licensor"). The party receiving the right to use is the individual or legal entity that has created an account in the Software or installed it on its own portal (the "Licensee"). Installing the Software, creating an account or starting to use the Software constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.
1. Subject of the Agreement
The Licensor grants the Licensee a simple (non-exclusive) license to use the Software for its intended purpose — as an AI agent that, on the Licensee's instructions, performs tasks in the systems the Licensee has connected, prepares documents and answers requests. The exclusive right to the Software remains with the Licensor; no copy of the Software is transferred to the Licensee.
2. Permitted use
The right to use is granted within the following limits: access to the Software through a browser, a mobile or desktop application, or through the portal of a third-party platform on which the Software is installed; reproduction of the Software to the extent necessary to launch and run it on the Licensee's device; use of the results produced by the Software in the Licensee's own business activity. No other forms of use are granted by this Agreement.
3. Term and territory
The license is granted for the term of the Licensee's account and, for paid plans, for the paid period, and applies without territorial restriction to the extent permitted by applicable law. Termination of the account or non-payment for a subsequent period terminates the license.
4. Restrictions
The Licensee may not: modify, decompile or disassemble the Software or otherwise obtain its source code, except where expressly permitted by law; circumvent or disable technical protection measures, plan limits or consumption metering; give account access to third parties, sublicense, lease, resell or offer access to the Software as its own service; use the Software to build a competing product, or for automated bulk extraction of data outside ordinary use.
5. Accounts and number of users
The right to use is granted for the number of users matching the paid plan. Each user works under their own account; the Licensee keeps credentials confidential and is responsible for actions performed under its accounts. The Software's access to data in connected systems is limited to the permissions of the user who set up the connection.
6. Content and output
Data, documents and materials uploaded by the Licensee to the Software remain its property. The Licensee grants the Licensor a limited right to process them solely for the operation of the Software. Results obtained by the Licensee through the Software may be used by the Licensee without restriction on the Licensor's part. Rights to the Software itself, its interfaces, trademarks and documentation belong to the Licensor.
7. Fees
The right to use is granted on the terms of the selected plan; current plans and limits are published at samreshuuu.com/pricing. On the free plan the license is granted free of charge within the limits set for it. Payment, refunds and auto-renewal are governed by the offer agreement published at samreshuuu.com/offer.
8. Updates and changes to functionality
The Licensor may release updates to the Software and change the composition and presentation of its features, as well as the set of available language models and connections. Updates are provided under the existing license and require no separate payment. The Licensor gives the Licensee at least 30 days' notice of changes that materially reduce functionality previously available on a paid plan.
9. Warranties and liability
The Software is provided "as is". The Licensor does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for decisions the Licensee makes on the basis of the Software's output: such output is advisory and requires verification. Actions that change data in connected systems are performed by the Software only after the Licensee confirms them. The Licensor's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the Licensee over the last 12 months of using the Software.
10. Term, governing law and details
The Agreement takes effect upon acceptance and remains in force until the license terminates. The Licensor may amend the Agreement by publishing a new version at samreshuuu.com/license; continued use of the Software after publication constitutes acceptance of the new version. The Agreement is governed by the laws of Hungary; disputes are resolved through a pre-litigation claim procedure and then before the competent courts of Hungary, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
