AI for Avito in 2026: 14 services, prices, and why the bot stays silent without a paid plan

A market review of AI for Avito as of August 2026: the platform's own AI (A-Vision, "Sort out the wardrobe", the auto-responder), AI in the messenger (Intly, avChat, AvBot, MatrixMSK, Bidline, Umnico), text and photo generators, and automation services (ADVIZ, AIX, Massposting, SellAvi). A table of 14 solutions with prices, why messenger API access has been tied to a paid Avito plan since 2026, seven reasons an integration returns a successful wrong answer, a selection checklist and an FAQ.

In short (market snapshot, 12 August 2026). Four different products are sold under the query "AI for Avito", and three of them do not connect to Avito at all. The platform's own AI — the A-Vision model, which since 26 June builds a listing from a photograph, and the built-in auto-responder — is free and covers the simple case. AI in the messenger (Intly AI, avChat, AvBot, MatrixMSK, Bidline) answers buyers from your price list; pricing runs from 6 ₽ per conversation to 15,000 ₽ a month. Content generators (Chad AI, Study, RoboGPT) are resellers of other people's models with no Avito integration whatsoever — you copy the result across by hand. Cabinet automation services (ADVIZ, AIX, Massposting, SellAvi) are bidders and bulk posting; there is little AI in them, but they are sold against the same query. Below: a table of fourteen solutions with prices, selection criteria, and two sections no vendor writes: why the bot subscription is not the full price (since 2026 access to the Avito messenger API is tied to a paid platform plan) and why an Avito integration returns a successful wrong answer — including a change that lands one month after this article.

Four markets behind one query

Before comparing prices, work out which of the four markets your task belongs to. They are not interchangeable: a description generator will not answer a buyer at night, and a chatbot will not lift your position in search.

Avito's own AI. Lives inside the platform, switches on in the cabinet, nothing to connect. Builds a listing from a photograph, replies to a first message with a template, suggests a price. The user is any seller.

AI in the Avito messenger. An external service that reads incoming messages through the official API and answers them from your price list and rules: clarifies configuration, quotes a price, qualifies the buyer, hands over to a human. The user is anyone losing enquiries at night and on weekends.

Content generator. Writes the listing text and paints a background for the photo. Not connected to Avito in any way: you open a chat with a neural network, get text, and paste it into the listing form. The user is someone who posts manually and does not want to write descriptions.

Cabinet automation service. A bidder manages paid promotion rates; bulk posting publishes listings from an XML feed. AI here is either absent or bolted on. The user is an Avito specialist, an agency, a seller with hundreds of listings.

Below we go deep on the second market — that is where the real choice happens and where all the traps are. The first is covered so you do not pay for what you already have for free. The third and fourth are covered so you can rule them out.

Prices are taken from vendors' public pages on 11–12 August 2026. Where a vendor publishes only "on request", that is what we wrote: we did not invent a number to fill the cell. Note the spread: messenger auto-replies are sold at 750 ₽ a month and at 15,000 ₽ a month, and that is not a difference in model quality — it is the difference between self-service and a sale with implementation.

A separate warning about the last row. "Top 5 neural networks for Avito" round-ups in search results consist almost entirely of resellers of access to foreign models, with affiliate links. These are working services, but they are not integrated with Avito: they see none of your listings and answer none of your messages. If you searched for "AI for Avito" so you would not have to answer manually at night, this is not it.

How we selected: six criteria

  1. What exactly is being automated. Posting, correspondence, promotion or analytics. The most common and most expensive mistake is buying a text generator when the pain is an unread inbox.
  2. Does it work through the official API. A service that asks for your Avito login and password instead of a client_id/client_secret pair reaches the platform in a way the platform does not sanction. The risk there is yours, not theirs.
  3. Which Avito plan it requires. There is a separate section on this below; in short, the service subscription is not the full price.
  4. How the money is counted. Per account, per listing, per conversation or per token. At twenty enquiries a day, pay-per-use is several times cheaper than a subscription; at two hundred it is the other way round.
  5. What happens when the bot does not know. Handover to a human with the conversation history, silence, or a confident invention about stock and price. The third is worse than having no bot.
  6. What it sees besides the correspondence. Reviews, listing statistics, promotion spend, autoload, orders. Almost every solution in the table covers exactly one slice of the cabinet.

Market A: what Avito already built itself and gives away free

Start here — not to save money, but because the native tools fully cover the bottom scenario, and paying to duplicate them is pointless.

A-Vision and "Sort out the wardrobe". On 26 June 2026 Avito launched a flow in which its own multimodal model A-Vision assembles a listing from a single photograph: it identifies the item type, brand, colour, material, size and condition, writes the title and description, suggests a price based on current offers on the platform, and shows all of it on one screen before publication. The model was tuned with LoRA adapters for private sellers' photographs — domestic lighting, the item on a floor, a sofa or a hanger. During early testing more than 100,000 listings were published through the flow, and in roughly half of the cases the user changed not a single attribute. The number of screens dropped by about 40%. For now it covers adult and children's clothing, with more categories announced.

The practical conclusion: if you sell clothing and your pain is "filling in the card takes too long", the content-generator market is closed for you already — free, and inside the app.

The native auto-responder. The cabinet gives you three things: a greeting for a first-time buyer (fires in 5–10 seconds), an out-of-hours reply with your schedule, and one-click template replies during a live chat. Free for all sellers, up to 10 templates, up to 50 on Avito Pro, which also adds scheduling by day of week.

And three things it cannot do — which is exactly the boundary where the paid market begins. It does not understand the content of a message and therefore cannot answer on the merits. It does not allow different text per listing — one template per account. It does not ask a follow-up question based on what the buyer replied.

A volume benchmark both the platform and the vendors agree on: under 20 enquiries a day, the native auto-responder plus templates is enough; at 20–50 it is worth connecting a CRM; past 50 you need a bot through the API.

Market B: AI in the messenger — where the real choice happens

There is something to compare here, and the solutions differ not in model quality — under the hood it is much the same everywhere — but in the billing model and in what they see besides the chat.

Intly AI is the only pay-per-use option in the table: 6 ₽ per simple conversation, 12 ₽ per complex one, 2 ₽ per review reply, 0.5 ₽ per broadcast message, and 700 ₽ of trial credit without a card (about 100 basic conversations). It connects with a client_id/client_secret pair from Avito Pro settings, works through api.avito.ru, and makes a point of not asking for account access. It answers buyers from an uploaded price list, replies to reviews, and reads cabinet statistics. With a small and uneven flow of enquiries this is the most honest arithmetic on the market: no enquiries, no bill.

avChat is self-service with roles: the AI assistant can be set as a seller, a consultant or an interviewer. 750 / 1,250 / 2,250 ₽ a month, AI assistants appear from the middle plan, the top plan gives 10 assistants plus amoCRM and Bitrix24 integrations, and the number of Avito accounts is unlimited on every plan. Registration and part of the management run through a Telegram bot. Seven-day trial.

AvBot is about the team rather than the bot: every Avito chat from up to 100 accounts lands in Telegram or MAX, is sorted by rules into groups and managers, and there is a web message centre, tags, templates, anti-spam and an action log. The AI assistant with RAG memory learns from your own correspondence and answers in your style. 799 / 1,499 / 2,499 ₽ a month, White-Label with your own Telegram bot at 5,000 ₽. An important pricing detail: the cost of AI is counted separately from the plan, so the headline price is not the total.

MatrixMSK starts at 15,000 ₽ a month: GPT-4o mini, buyer qualification, lead handover to Telegram and CRM, analytics by listing, 1C integrations. This is no longer self-service but a sale with setup; the stated payback is 2–3 months.

Bidline is a hybrid: bidder, AI replies and CRM in one cabinet, OAuth connection, 590–990 ₽ per account per month. The logic is that a seller needs both bids and correspondence, and running two services is expensive.

Umnico and OkoCRM are not bots but places where conversations collect. Umnico, from 2,000 ₽ a month, gathers messages from several cabinets into one window with basic automation; OkoCRM runs the enquiry through a pipeline. If you already have a CRM, start by checking whether it has an Avito channel rather than by buying a separate bot.

Three things are common to the class. First, they all go through the same official API and therefore hit the same platform limits. Second, almost all of them see only the messenger — listings, promotion spend, autoload and orders stay out of view, and that is not nitpicking but the reason a bot cannot answer "that item is out of stock". Third, the platform itself has no bot that understands a question as of August 2026 — only the template auto-responder.

Markets C and D: how they are sold and why they are not AI for Avito

Content generators. Chad AI, Study, RoboGPT and their like are access to a set of third-party models (GPT, Midjourney, FLUX, DALL·E and so on) payable by a Russian card and without a VPN. They honestly do what they promise: a description in a couple of minutes instead of twenty, a background for a photograph, an infographic. But they have no Avito integration in any form — you copy the result into the listing form by hand. For clothing, compare them not with each other but with the native A-Vision, which does the same thing from a photograph and for free.

Bidders and posting. ADVIZ — 600 ₽ for up to 100 listings, 1,800 ₽ up to 500, 2,900 ₽ up to 5,000, 3,600 ₽ up to 100,000; position control plus autoload. AIX — a bidder with analytics for Avito specialists and agencies, price not published. Massposting — bulk publishing and XML autoload with text uniquification and multi-account support, autoload included in plans from 2,000 and from 4,000 ₽ a month, bidder as a module. SellAvi — bulk publishing from fifty listings up.

These are useful tools, but they have nothing to do with "let AI answer the buyers". We included them in the table for one reason: they occupy a visible share of search results for Avito automation queries, and people who came for a bot regularly buy a bidder.

What no longer works in 2026 and should not be sought in these services: mass outreach across competitors' listings — the platform bans fast; view inflation — the algorithms catch it; duplicate listings — they get merged and pushed down.

The thing vendors do not write: the bot subscription is not the full price

In 2026 Avito tied access to the messenger API to paid platform plans. Previously a bot, a CRM or a homegrown integration was a technical decision on top of an ordinary account — now, without a suitable plan, message automation is impossible in principle.

What this means in practice. The client_id/client_secret pair is issued in the cabinet for free, and the first methods will even respond. But messenger methods — reading chats, sending messages, subscribing to webhooks — will require an active plan: usually "Extended" for services and small businesses, or "Maximum" for goods and large listing volumes, with "Ultra" for large sellers and agencies. Public sources put the benchmark at 2,000–3,000 ₽ a month for "Extended" and 4,000–6,000 ₽ for "Maximum", but the figures differ between publications, and that is not sloppiness on the authors' part: the price and the contents of a plan depend on the category of goods or services and on the region. There is no universal answer here and there cannot be one.

Three conclusions worth drawing before paying for anything in the table.

Count two subscriptions, not one. A bot at 750 ₽ a month on top of a plan at 4,000 ₽ is 4,750 ₽ a month. That line never appears in vendor comparisons.

Go by whether the plan includes API access and integrations, not by its name. Avito's plan names change and differ by category; ask about access, not about the word in the price list.

Verify access before buying the bot, not after. The order is: confirm that in your category and region the required plan actually grants messenger API access, subscribe to it, obtain the client_id and client_secret, and only then pay for a service. The reverse order ends with a paid bot that cannot read a single message.

Why an Avito integration returns a successful wrong answer

This is the second section absent from vendor materials, and it is about the same thing we wrote in our review of AI agents for 1C: the danger is not failure but success. The platform returns 200, the number looks plausible, and you cannot check it without a second export. Below are seven mechanisms. Treat it as a ready-made list of questions for a vendor.

Autoload reports that will start lying quietly in September. On 8 June 2026 Avito shipped v4 upload methods and declared the v2 and v3 reports deprecated. The retirement schedule: from 8 September 2026 the old methods will start returning incomplete data older than seven days — silently, with a 200, without a single error; on 8 March 2027 they will return 410 Gone. Between those dates an integration left on v2/v3 will show you a shrinking upload history as if it were complete. Ask a vendor which version they read autoload from — right now it is the cheapest way to tell a live product from an abandoned one. Note too that v4 has no lookup by arbitrary report: only the current upload and the last successful one are available, so "the report for 20 June" is not a task but a malformed question.

The reason a listing was rejected is not where people look for it. The upload summary shows only per-section counts. Why a specific listing failed is written in a separate message field on that listing, and the "not published" marker is an empty Avito identifier on the item. An integration that reads only the summary will cheerfully report "upload successful" with three hundred unpublished items.

Money arrives in kopecks — but not everywhere. Avito returns and accepts bids, promotion budgets and forecasts in kopecks, while the wallet and promotion service price lists are in roubles; in the agency module a transfer is accepted in roubles while balances come back in kopecks. An error on that boundary is not a matter of percentages but a factor of one hundred, and on the bid side it means real money spent. Ask how the service stores amounts and where its conversion boundary sits.

Order amounts cannot be summed. Avito does not document the money unit in order management — neither "roubles" nor "kopecks" appears in the portal specification. Any service showing you "Avito revenue" summed from orders is showing a number nobody stands behind. We do not sum here: what surfaces is counts, deadlines and raw amounts as they came.

An agency sees its own cabinet instead of the client's. The client slice in the API is switched on by a separate header. Without it, the listing list and statistics return the agency's own cabinet — and return it successfully. The "client" report looks perfectly normal; it is simply about a different account. If you are an agency, this is the first question for a vendor and the first check at a demo.

A 403 almost always means "this right was not granted to the key", not "there is no data". Avito slices rights by area: profile, statistics, messenger read and write, autoload, jobs, reviews read and write, applying promotion services, bids. A service that turns a rights refusal into "service unavailable" or "no data" will quietly show you empty sections instead of naming the missing right.

The advertising cabinet is a separate key. Avito Advertising issues its own client_id/client_secret pair bound to the advertising account. A seller-cabinet key does not authenticate against advertising methods, and widening its rights does not help. A service promising "all Avito advertising on one key" either means listing promotion (a different thing) or has not checked.

On top of this come the platform's hard limits, worth knowing in advance: feed upload once an hour, listing and profile statistics one request per minute per method, extended order labels one request per minute, promotion order creation ten per minute, CPA auction bids two hundred per minute. A service promising "updates every minute" on statistics hits the limit in the first second.

And separately — the platform rules that break not your data but your account. A phone number, WhatsApp or Telegram handle in an automated message, like a direct link to a website, is grounds for a block: exchanging contacts is tolerated in an ordinary dialogue, after several messages in both directions. A bot configured to "hand over the number immediately so we do not lose the lead" does precisely what gets accounts banned. Check your greeting templates before launch.

Samreshuuu: the whole Avito cabinet on one key, alongside 1C and your bank

We are an external agent over the cabinet, and there are three differences from the rest.

Not only the messenger. One key covers Avito end to end: listings and their statistics, the messenger with webhooks, reviews and replies to them, autoload, wallet and operations history, bids and promotion, orders and delivery, Avito Jobs, Avtoteka, short-term rentals. That is 23 modules and 176 live seller-cabinet methods. The practical difference is not the method count but the fact that a bot which sees stock and listing status answers "that one is gone, here is a similar item" instead of inventing. The advertising cabinet connects as a separate key — Avito Advertising — because the platform issues its own credentials for it.

The traps from the previous section are closed by mechanics, not by advice in a manual. Autoload is read only through v4; the rejection reason is taken from the per-listing message; kopecks are converted to roubles at the module boundary; order amounts are not summed into revenue; a rights refusal names the missing right instead of "service unavailable"; messenger webhooks are registered by the platform and verified by an HMAC-SHA256 signature; limits are held by platform throttling rather than a retry loop. All of it lives in the Avito skill.

Avito is not the only source. A seller's real questions rarely live in one cabinet: Avito enquiries against deals in the CRM, sales against stock in 1C, Avito reviews next to Wildberries and Ozon reviews, promotion spend against bank receipts. The same agent sees them together — see the unified inbox, review replies, negative review alerts and other seller scenarios. Nothing else in the table does this: those solutions live inside Avito.

"Collect the unread Avito conversations from the last 24 hours, show the listing and its status for each, flag the ones asking about availability, and check them against stock in 1C. Separately: reviews with no reply, negative ones first."

Honest about the limits. A paid Avito plan is required for us too — messenger API access is granted by the platform, not by us, and nothing can work around that. We change bids and budgets on confirmation: that is direct money, and the operation has no undo. If your only task is bulk-uploading a thousand listings from an XML feed, a dedicated posting service from the fourth section will be cheaper.

Checklist: how to choose in 20 minutes

  1. How many enquiries a day? Under 20 — switch on the native auto-responder and templates, it is free. 20–50 — the Avito channel in your CRM. Over 50 — a bot through the API.
  2. What hurts: the listing or the chat? Clothing and "filling it in takes too long" — the native A-Vision from a photograph, free. Unread messages — the AI-in-the-messenger section.
  3. Check your Avito plan before paying for a service. In your category and region — does it grant messenger API access? Budget for two subscriptions.
  4. Do the maths on your own volume. At 30 conversations a day, pay-per-use (6 ₽ each — about 5,400 ₽ a month) costs more than a 1,500 ₽ subscription; at five a day it is several times cheaper. Use your numbers, not the vendor's example.
  5. Ask about the autoload version and about kopecks. Those two questions from the section above weed out abandoned products faster than any demo.
  6. Test the handover to a human. At the demo, ask the bot something it has no answer to. A good outcome is "let me check with a manager", with the history preserved. A bad one is a confident claim about stock and price.
  7. Read your greeting template. If it contains a phone number, a link or a messenger handle, remove it before launch.

Frequently asked questions

Does Avito have its own AI? Yes, but probably not the one you are looking for. There is A-Vision, a multimodal model that since 26 June 2026 builds a listing from a photograph in the "Sort out the wardrobe" flow (clothing only for now), and there is the native auto-responder with templates. A bot that understands a buyer's question and answers on the merits is not something the platform offers as of August 2026.

Do I need a paid Avito plan to connect an AI bot? Yes. In 2026 access to the messenger API is tied to the platform's paid plans: without a suitable plan, message automation is impossible. The specific plan and its price depend on category and region — check in your own cabinet before you pay for a service.

Will my account be banned for using a bot? Not for automation as such — the platform provides the API and native auto-replies itself. Bans follow from what the bot does: a phone number, messenger handle or website link in an automated message, mass outreach across other people's listings, duplicate listings. The risk comes from the content of your templates, not from the fact of automation.

How much does AI for Avito cost? From nothing to roughly 15,000 ₽ a month, plus the platform plan. Benchmarks for August 2026: native tools — free; Intly AI — 6 ₽ per conversation; avChat — 750–2,250 ₽ a month; AvBot — 799–2,499 ₽ a month with AI billed separately; Bidline — 590–990 ₽ per account; MatrixMSK — from 15,000 ₽ a month. Add the Avito plan to any of these lines.

How is an AI bot different from the native auto-responder? The auto-responder emits pre-written text on an event: first message, out of hours. It does not read what was written to it and therefore cannot answer a question about size, configuration or availability. A bot receives the message text, understands the question and answers from your price list — and, if it sees the whole cabinet, from the listing's actual status.

Can a bot reply to reviews? Yes, reviews and replies are available through the API, and some services do it (Intly at 2 ₽ per reply, avChat, our agent). The platform's usual limits apply: the reviews endpoint returns no more than 50 records per request and the offset must be passed explicitly — a service that does not know this will show you the first page as though it were every review.

Does this suit an agency with dozens of client cabinets? Check one thing: does the service return the specific client's data rather than the agency's own? The client slice in the Avito API is enabled by a separate header, and without it statistics and listings come back for the agency account — successfully and silently. Ask about it before the pilot.

How is an AI agent different from a connector or an automation scenario? A connector moves data by a rigid if-then rule and does not answer questions. An agent receives a question in words, decides for itself where to look in the cabinet, and answers from fact. A detailed treatment of the boundary is in AI agent versus Make, Zapier, n8n.
