Finding a document on Disk
The agent finds a file by name, type or folder and sends you the link, so you never have to scroll the folder tree by hand.

The agent picks up an export or report straight from Disk, runs the numbers on it and files the result back into the right folder.

How to connect
Pick the account whose Disk you are connecting
Access is granted by whichever account confirms the code. For work files, sign in to disk.yandex.ru with your Yandex 360 organization account first: a personal account has a different Disk.
Accept your colleagues' shared folders onto your Disk
Only what sits on this account's Disk is visible. The folder owner clicks «Настроить доступ» (Configure access) and grants «Редактирование» (edit: upload, change, delete) or «Просмотр» (view only). An accepted folder costs you no space.
Check the scope of access before confirming the code
The request asks for read of the whole Disk, write anywhere on the Disk, Disk info and app-folder access. These cannot be granted partially: if only some files should be reachable, use a separate account.
What the agent does in the first 10 minutes
- Will find the document you need on your Disk by name or file type and send a link, with no folder digging
- Will pull an export or report straight from your Disk, crunch the numbers and put the result back into the right folder
- Will send a weekly digest: how much space is left and which files landed on the Disk during those days
FAQ
How do I connect Yandex Disk?
With a Yandex ID confirmation code: click Connect, enter the code on the Yandex page and confirm access with the account whose Disk you need. For work files that is your organization's Yandex 360 account — a personal account has a different Disk.
What does the agent see on Disk?
Files and folders of the connected account along with the trash, including folders shared by colleagues: someone else's folder becomes visible once the owner grants it View or Edit under the sharing settings.
Can the agent upload files?
The agent creates folders, copies, moves and deletes files and publishes links. Uploading is only possible from an external URL — the Disk API does not allow passing file contents directly.
Can I grant access to only part of my files?
No: the rights requested cover the whole Disk — read, write, Disk info and the app folder. They cannot be granted partially, so for limited access people set up a separate account.
