Today schedule
The agent walks through the account calendars and names the meetings for today and tomorrow, including calendars you were given access to.
A meeting in a free slot
The agent finds a free slot of the length you need and books a meeting with attendees, a location and a reminder — or moves one already scheduled.
Rescheduling and cancelling meetings
The agent moves an event to another time, updates the attendee list and deletes the meeting once the arrangement is called off.
Morning schedule summary
The agent sends a scheduled summary of the day: how many meetings are booked, where they overlap and which hours are still free.
How to connect
Decide which Yandex account to sign in with
The agent sees the calendars of exactly one account: a work account on your company domain and a personal @yandex.ru one hold different sets. Sign out of other accounts in the browser first.
Check the calendar list at calendar.yandex.ru
The agent only sees calendars from the left-hand panel at calendar.yandex.ru. Someone else's calendar appears there after you click «Accept» in the invitation email, and only from a computer.
Ask the calendar owner for edit rights
The owner hovers over the calendar name in the left-hand panel, opens its settings → the «Access» tab → «Grant access rights» and picks «Edit calendar contents». With «View open events» private events stay invisible.
Note: subscribed calendars are read-only
A calendar added by its .ics address via «New subscription» cannot be edited or added to, and it refreshes only every few hours to every other day. Keep events the agent will manage in your own calendar.

- Finds a free slot of the length you need and creates a meeting with guests, location and a reminder — or moves an existing one

FAQ
How do I connect Yandex Calendar?
With a Yandex ID confirmation code: press Connect, enter the code shown on the Yandex page and confirm access with the account that holds the calendars you need. The token is saved for you, with nothing to type in by hand.
Which calendars does the agent see?
Only the ones in the left panel at calendar.yandex.ru for the connected account. Someone else calendar appears there after you press Accept in the invitation email.
Can the agent create and change meetings?
Yes, if the calendar owner granted the Edit calendar content permission under Open settings, then Access. With the View public events permission, private events stay invisible to the agent.
Why does a calendar from Subscriptions not change?
A calendar added by ics link in the Subscriptions section is read-only and refreshes anywhere from a few hours to two days. Keep the meetings the agent manages in your own calendar.
