PERCo-Web

PERCo pass logs, timesheets and new-hire passes without manual exports

Connect PERCo-Web access control to the AI agent: pass log, late arrivals and timesheets, employees, cards and access templates. The server can stay on your network.

How the agent works with PERCo

The agent works with the PERCo-Web server through the PERCo-WM04 «Integration with external systems» module: an HTTP API of 337 methods documented by the vendor. It reads employees, visitors, departments and positions, access cards, access templates and rooms, the pass log, system events, work schedules and time tracking reports.

A PERCo-Web server usually sits on a local network. Requests then go through the app on a computer that can see the server, the same way as with 1C: the address stays internal and is never published. If the server is published over https, the agent reaches it directly.

Timesheets and late arrivals come from PERCo time tracking reports when the TimeTracking licence is active. Without it the agent computes first entry and last exit from the pass log and checks them against the schedule, assigning night shifts to the day the shift started.

By default the agent only reads. It can create an employee, issue a card or assign an access template on your request and after confirmation. It never offers to open a door or let a person through a turnstile on its own: that is physical access to the site, and such a command runs only on a direct instruction naming the device.

Integration scenarios

Late arrivals and early leaves

The agent takes the pass log for a period, finds each employee's first entry and last exit per day and compares them with the work schedule.

Timesheet from the turnstiles

The agent totals worked hours per department for a month: from PERCo time tracking reports, or from the pass log when that licence is absent.

A pass for a new hire

The agent creates the employee in the right department and position, issues a free card and assigns an access template, showing what it will write first.

Who is on site now

The agent shows who is inside the premises right now and how many people are in, from PERCo whereabouts data.

Cards and access of dismissed staff

The agent matches dismissed employees against issued cards and access templates and lists the passes that should be revoked.

Hardware health

The agent checks controller connectivity, finds devices with pending changes and lists hardware events for the day.

How to connect

Before you connect

  • A PERCo-Web server with an active PERCo-WM04 licence (Standard package)
  • A dedicated PERCo-Web operator for the integration, without two-factor sign-in
  • For time tracking reports: the TimeTracking licence
  1. 1

    Enable the PERCo-WM04 licence

In PERCo-Web open Administration → Licences and activate the PERCo-WM04 «Integration with external systems» module: without it the API does not answer.

  2. 2

Create a role for the integration

Under Administration → Roles create a role that can read employees, departments, cards and reports. Grant writes only if the agent will issue passes.

  3. 3

    Create a dedicated operator

Create an operator with that role, a Latin login and no two-factor sign-in. You will enter its login and password when connecting.

  4. 4

    Check the server address

Open the PERCo-Web address in a browser on the computer running the app: if the web interface sign-in opens, the agent reaches the server the same way.

FAQ

With three fields: the PERCo-Web web interface address as it is opened in a browser, plus the login and password of a dedicated operator. The agent's rights are those of that operator's role under Administration.

Yes. Requests go through the app on a computer that can see the PERCo-Web server, so it does not need to be published.

Only on your direct instruction naming the door and the command. Default scenarios contain no such actions.

For PERCo's ready-made reports, yes. Without it the agent computes timesheets and late arrivals itself from the pass log in the base package.
