How the agent works with HeadHunter
The agent works with hh.ru through the official api.hh.ru API: active and archived vacancies, responses together with the correspondence inside them, view statistics, the resume database and the list of company managers. Out of that come a triage of responses by vacancy, a shortlist of candidates for an open position with a reason for every name, and a morning digest: how many responses came in over the last day, which vacancies are silent and what is about to go into the archive.
A response on hh.ru is not a letter but a separate entity with its own correspondence, so the agent reads the whole thread rather than the last message, and tells apart a candidate who was answered from one whose resume was merely opened. The resume database lives apart from responses: it has its own result list with filters and its own paging, and a card arrives depersonalised until the contacts are opened. So the agent keeps candidates from search and candidates from responses in separate lists and never passes one off as the other.
On the writing side the agent can do a lot: create and update a vacancy, prolong it or move it to the archive, reply inside a response, invite a candidate to an interview, move a response to rejected. It does this on your decision, not on its own: an invitation and a rejection reach the candidate for real and cannot be played back, so the agent first shows who it is about to write to and what, and sends only after confirmation.
Access is granted by signing in through hh.ru: you approve it in the popup, the token comes back on its own and is renewed without your involvement. The agent sees exactly what your manager account is allowed to see, holds the API request rate within the permitted range, and fits database search into the daily cap — 500 unique resumes per manager — so it narrows the filters instead of sweeping the database row by row. If data is missing because of permissions or the cap, it says so directly instead of showing an empty table.

The agent puts vacancy view statistics next to the number of responses and shows where the description falls flat: hundreds look, one or two actually apply.
Prolong it or archive it
The agent shows the vacancies running out of time, suggests prolonging the ones still bringing responses and archives the closed ones once you confirm.

Sign in to hh.ru as an employer
The token goes to whichever account your browser is signed in as when approving. It must be an employer account, not a seeker one.

Find yourself under «Менеджеры» in profile
In your profile open «Управление и автоматизация» → «Менеджеры» and find yourself in the list. Only the administrator adds a manager.

In the “…” menu enable access to vacancies
On «Менеджеры вакансий» use the “…” menu next to the name to enable «К активным вакансиям» and «К архиву вакансий» — otherwise only assigned vacancies show.
FAQ
By signing in through hh.ru: click Connect and approve access in the popup — the token comes back on its own, there is nothing to type by hand. Approve it under the employer account: access goes to whichever account you are signed into in the browser.
