How to connect

Sign in as the account holder
Only an Account Holder or Admin can create a key. An account with the developer role does not even see the keys section in the cabinet.

Open “Users and Access” → “Integrations”
In App Store Connect pick “Users and Access”, the “Integrations” tab and the “App Store Connect API” section — team keys are kept there.

Create a key with the “Customer Support” role
Press “+”, name the key and give it at least the “Customer Support” role: a lower role neither reads reviews nor sends a developer response.

Download the .p8 and note the identifiers
The key file downloads once. The Issuer ID sits above the key table, the Key ID is in the key's row; paste the private key as text in full.
