Documents waiting for a signature
The agent shows the incoming EDI documents that need a decision, with the counterparty, the amount and the date received.
Register of outgoing shipping documents
The agent collects outgoing shipping documents for the period and names the ones the counterparty never responded to.
Counterparty readiness for EDI
The agent checks by INN and KPP whether a counterparty is connected to electronic document exchange and prepares a list of invitations.
Signing certificate control
The agent reviews employee certificates and shows whose validity runs out before the nearest reporting date.
How to connect
Open «Подключения к Saby» in Settings
The cabinet is Russian-only. In your account at online.sbis.ru go to «Настройки» (Settings) → the «Система» (System) block → «Безопасность» (Security) → «Подключения к Saby» (Saby connections).
Add an external application
Click the add button, enter the application name and description, pick its type, and specify the address or IP of the external system the requests will come from.
Grant rights and switch on the service key
Rights: «Разрешен полностью» (full access) or «С ограничением по правам» (limited) covering document-flow sections. Authorization type must be «по сервисному ключу» — «по одноразовому паролю» blocks background login.
Copy the three values from the application card
In the card copy «ID подключения» (connection ID), reveal «Защищенный ключ» (protected key) with the eye icon, then save the service key via the button in the «с авторизацией по сервисному ключу» row — it arrives as a file.
What the agent does in the first 10 minutes
- Will show the incoming documents awaiting your signature, with counterparty, amount and arrival date
- Will build the register of outgoing shipping documents for a period and name those the counterparty never answered
- Will send a daily digest of new documents and EDI events — agree on the time, then it runs on its own
FAQ
How do I connect SBIS?
With three values from the external application card: the connection identifier, the protected key and the service key. The application is created under Settings, Security, Connections to Saby, with service key authorization.
What does the agent see in SBIS?
Electronic document exchange documents with attachments and states, your own organizations and units, counterparties and invitations, tasks and service stages, certificates and machine-readable powers of attorney.
Can the agent create documents?
It can, if the application has write permissions: SBIS allows saving a document and attaching files. Signing requires an activated certificate, so the final step stays with a human.
How do I limit the application permissions?
When the connection is created you choose between full access and access limited by permissions. The second option lets you leave the application only the document exchange sections — the agent sees exactly as much as is allowed.
