Track mentions across media and social right in the chat

Connect Medialogia to the AI agent: monitoring reports, media and social posts, sentiment and sources. The agent collects brand mentions for any period.

How the agent works with Медиалогия

The agent works with the Medialogia SOAP service under the login and password of the SocMedia account. It exports the publications of a report for the dates you pick, takes the metrics of individual messages — likes, reposts, comments and views — and the publication counts by day and by monitoring object. Audience, engagement and sentiment arrive as fields of the publication itself, so the daily digest and the comparison of negativity dynamics are assembled by walking the publications rather than from a ready-made aggregate.

There is no such thing as data about the brand in general here: everything lives inside reports, and the boundaries of a report are set by a search query in Medialogia's own syntax. So the agent first runs a plain-language brief through ConvertQuery and gets a valid query instead of guessing at the syntax. It does not recompute sentiment either: the scores come from Medialogia, and the agent shows them as they are.

The service serves no list of reports — every read operation needs a report number the agent has either received when creating one or heard from you. So the first conversation about a new topic starts by setting a monitor up, not by picking a fitting one from those that exist.

The agent writes only to monitors: it creates a report from a search query or from a list of publication URLs, rewrites the query of an existing one, and deletes it when you ask. Before creating it checks the query through ConvertQuery and normalises the blog links so the report does not settle on a broken address, and it confirms a deletion separately — the report takes its history with it. The publications themselves and the sentiment scores stay read-only.

The export of publications arrives in pages, and the service reports neither a total nor a cursor — the agent reads until a page comes back shorter than it asked for and names the interval it counted. A refusal comes back inside an otherwise successful response as a separate field, so the agent tells an empty result from a refusal and never passes the second off as an absence of mentions.

Integration scenarios

Brand mentions across media and social

The agent pulls the publications of a report for the dates you pick and shows the messages with the largest audience and engagement.

Sentiment versus your competitors

The agent breaks publications down by sentiment and monitoring object and shows whose negative coverage is growing faster, yours or a competitor's.

A new monitor from a plain-language brief

The agent translates a human request into Medialogia query syntax through ConvertQuery and sets up a monitoring report on it.

Daily digest for a monitor

The agent picks up the publications that appeared since the last run, counts them by day and names the blogs and authors that drove most of the volume.

A report from your own links

The agent sets up a report from a list of publication URLs — a press clipping, say — and shows their audience, engagement and sentiment side by side.

Editing a monitor without losing its history

The agent normalises the blog links, rewrites the search query of an existing report and back-fills publications from an earlier date, and deletes a report only on a separate confirmation.

How to connect

Before you connect

  • A valid contract and access to the SocMedia workspace
  • A personal Medialogia manager who switches API access on
  • Plan limits on topics and messages that are not used up
  1. 1

Sign in to SocMedia at sm.mlg.ru

The account comes with your contract; sign in at https://sm.mlg.ru. The API accepts the same login and password as the workspace — there is no separate key.

  2. 2

Ask the manager from «Профиль» to enable API

Until Medialogia switches it on, the SOAP service answers nothing. Your manager's contacts sit in «Профиль», the initials badge top right.

  3. 3

Add a separate user under «Пользователи»

    Settings → «Системные» → «Пользователи» → «Добавить», role «Администратор» or «Редактор» — «Просмотр» cannot create reports.

FAQ

With the login and password of your SocMedia account: the API accepts the same pair as the sign-in at sm.mlg.ru, the service has no separate token. Create a dedicated user for the integration with the Administrator or Editor role and ask your manager to switch the API on.

A monitoring report by its number and that report's publications for a period — with sentiment, audience and engagement carried by the publication itself — plus the metrics of individual messages and publication counts by day and by monitoring object. The API serves no list of reports: the agent either receives the number when creating one or learns it from you.

Yes, for monitors: the agent can create a report from a search query or a list of publication URLs, rewrite the query of an existing one and delete a report. The publications themselves and sentiment scores are read-only.

An expired account, a plan limit on topics and messages that has run out, or an API your manager has not enabled yet, in which case the SOAP service stops answering. The expiry date and remaining limits are shown in the Profile section.
