SMS campaign to a list of numbers
The agent sends messages across your list of numbers with an approved sender sign and returns the result for each number separately.
A cost estimate before sending
The agent runs the text as a test request with no charge, shows the number of parts and the price, and sends the real campaign only after you confirm.
Delivery statuses
The agent checks the status of every message — delivered, pending or rejected — and collects the list of numbers the SMS never reached.
Balance control
On a schedule the agent checks the account balance and warns in advance when the funds will not cover the next campaign.
How to connect
Sign in to your SMS Aero account
Open smsaero.ru/cabinet and sign in with the company account. That account's email is the first of the two values you need: it doubles as the API login.
Copy the API key from settings
Go to the key page: Settings → "API" (direct link smsaero.ru/cabinet/settings/apikey). The key only works paired with the account email, so copy both values.
Register a sender name and wait for approval
Add a sender signature (sign) in the cabinet and wait for approval: SMS Aero rejects sending under a name that is not approved. Note the approved name — it is the third, optional value.
Top up the balance before real sending
SMS Aero is prepaid: when funds run out the API returns a payment error instead of sending. You can check the remaining balance on the cabinet home page.
What the agent does in the first 10 minutes
- Will send SMS to your list of numbers and show the estimate first: number of parts and cost
- Will check each message's status — delivered, pending or rejected — and compile a list of undelivered ones
- Will send a scheduled summary: remaining balance and yesterday's campaign results, warning you before it hits zero
FAQ
How do I connect SMS Aero Integration?
With the account email and an API key from the workspace: Settings, then API on smsaero.ru. The key works only paired with the email. The sender name (sign) is an optional field, but the sign has to pass moderation, otherwise the service will reject the send.
What does the agent see in SMS Aero?
The account balance, the list of approved sender names and the statuses of sent messages — the service API is limited to sending and its results.
Does the agent send SMS on its own?
Sending spends money, so the agent first shows the text, the number of parts and the price, and goes ahead with the campaign only after you confirm.
What if there is not enough money on the account?
The service runs on prepayment: when funds are short it replies with a payment error and does not send the message. The agent will show the balance and name the amount that was missing.
