How the agent works with 1ОРД (Билайн)
The agent works with 1ORD over the second version of the API at https://ord.beeline.ru/ordapi and reads the whole registry of advertising data: initial contracts and contracts between the participants of the chain, creatives together with their media data, placement platforms, the participants themselves, acts and impression stats. Out of that it assembles the picture of what is already registered, what has reached ERIR and what is still hanging without reporting by the end of the month.
The registration order in 1ORD is not obvious, and the agent takes it into account: an erid is assigned to a creative not at the moment of creation but only after media data has been added to it, so a fresh record lives for a while without an identifier. The upload to ERIR is a separate step with its own flag, and a record accepted by the registry does not yet mean submitted reporting: the agent checks what exactly went through and names the field that stopped the record.
On the write side the agent creates and updates creatives and media data, platforms, acts and impression stats, and sets the flag for the upload to ERIR. The details needed for registration — the tax IDs of the parties, contract numbers and dates, creative texts and links — come from you, the agent does not invent them. Before creating a contract it looks for an existing one by the tax IDs of the parties so as not to breed duplicates, and with incomplete data it stops and asks for what is missing.
The login and password are exchanged for a token that the agent renews itself, so they never have to be entered again, while changing the password in the account cuts access off at once. The scope of what is visible and changeable is set by the permissions of the user it works under, and they are extended in the account, not in chat. The agent holds the request rate within ten per second so that a bulk export of creatives does not run into the limit. If data is missing or permissions fall short, it says so directly instead of showing an empty table.

Checking the upload to ERIR
The agent shows which contracts, creatives and acts have not reached ERIR and names the field that stopped the record.
Acts and impression stats
The agent collects impression stats by platform and the acts due for the monthly reporting deadline and sends a summary of what is still outstanding.
Contracts and the chain of participants
The agent finds the initial contract by the tax IDs of the parties, checks for duplicates and shows where a link is missing in the counterparty chain.
Platforms for a placement
The agent registers a placement platform from the details you give, links it to the creative and updates the impression stats once the campaign starts running.
An audit before launch
The agent exports creatives in bulk, finds the ones with no erid or with media data missing and names exactly which block each of them is short of.

Before you connect
- A company or sole trader reporting advertising data to ERIR.
- Company details for the request: INN, type and contact email.
- Organisation administrator rights in 1ORD.

Fill in «Регистрация» at ord.beeline.ru
At ord.beeline.ru open «Регистрация», fill in the company details and press «Отправить заявку». Credentials arrive by email after activation.

Accept the offer on first sign-in
On first sign-in the account asks you to accept the offer of ООО «Первый ОРД». Only the organization administrator can accept it.

In «Пользователи», add a «Пользователь API»
«Пользователи» → «Добавить пользователя»: enter the email and pick the «Пользователь API» role. If the form lacks it, ask support@1ord.ru.

Sign in at ord.beeline.ru with that pair
Sign in with that pair at ord.beeline.ru: the login from the email may differ from the mailbox. If it fails, use «Восстановление пароля».
FAQ
With a user login and password: in the 1ORD account open Users, then Add user with the API User role, and the login and password will arrive at the email you specify. The API address can be left at its default. The offer agreement is accepted before that by the organisation administrator.
