Vet a counterparty by tax number before you sign the contract
Connect Kontur.Focus to the AI agent: company data by tax number, risk scores, lawsuits, bankruptcies. The agent vets a counterparty and screens supplier lists.
How the agent works with Контур.Фокус
The agent queries the Focus API by tax number or state registration number: it pulls company details and records from the state registers of legal entities and sole traders, an express risk report, analytics on arbitration cases, bankruptcies, financials, enforcement proceedings and public procurement, related organisations and monitoring lists. Supplier lists are run in batches rather than one at a time, and what comes back is not the whole export but the companies that were liquidated, are being reorganised or changed their address and director.
Focus is a window onto state registers, and that sets the limit of trust. A register entry lags behind the event: a change of director or address appears once it is registered, not on the day it was decided, so an active status is the state of the register, not proof of a living business. The agent reads the signals together — court cases, bailiff proceedings, financials, flagged unreliable data — and explains what the combination means for the deal instead of passing a one-word verdict.
There is almost nothing to write into Focus: the company data in it is reference data and the agent does not change it. The only write action is adding a tax number to a monitoring list to keep tracking a counterparty; on a schedule the agent rechecks that list and reports whose status, director or address has changed since the last check. Everything else is reading, verifying and pulling the facts together into a clear answer.
The agent treats the daily request limit as its budget: a long counterparty list is split into batches, the same company is never queried twice within one check, and it warns you when the remaining quota runs low. What Focus returns are register fields, so the agent turns them into readable text: it spells out activity codes and statuses and adds up the amounts across court cases and enforcement proceedings into a single figure per counterparty. If a method is outside the plan or there is no data on a company, it says so directly instead of returning an empty answer.
Integration scenarios
Vetting a counterparty before a deal
By tax number the agent returns the company details, status, director, address and activity codes, and tells you whether the company is active and what looks off.
Screening a supplier list
The agent runs hundreds of tax numbers in batches and returns the companies that were liquidated, are being reorganised or changed their address and director.
Lawsuits, bankruptcies and bailiffs
The agent collects arbitration cases, signs of bankruptcy and enforcement proceedings for a company and assesses what that means for the deal.
Monitoring changes across counterparties
On a schedule the agent rechecks the monitoring list and reports whose status, director or address has changed since the last check.
Ties and shared founders
The agent unwinds the related organisations of a counterparty — shared founders, directors and addresses — and shows whether the chain leads to an already troubled company.
Business size from the filings
The agent takes the yearly financials and the public procurement history and shows whether the turnover you were promised matches what the registers actually hold.

FAQ
With a single access key. Kontur sends the key by email after a request on the Focus website — it is never shown in the service interface. Ask for the Requisites method right in the request, otherwise the queries will come back as permission errors.
Company details and records from the state registers of legal entities and sole traders, an express risk report, analytics on lawsuits, bankruptcies, financials, bailiffs and public procurement, related organisations and monitoring lists — within the methods of your plan.
Focus is a reference service, and company data in it does not change. The only write is adding a tax number to a monitoring list to track changes for a counterparty.
The daily request limit and the available methods are set by your plan, not by the connection. If a method is not in the plan, the agent says so directly instead of returning an empty answer.
