How the agent works with Почта по IMAP
Any mailbox that works over IMAP and SMTP connects: mail on your own domain at a hosting provider (REG.RU, Beget, Timeweb and others), a corporate mail server or a mail service. The agent reads the folder list, then works with the messages: subject, sender, date, text and attachments.
Connecting takes the mailbox address and password. The server is usually found from the address domain; if not, the IMAP and SMTP server names come from the hosting panel and go into the connection. Port, encryption and a separate login can be set in the advanced settings when the hosting differs from the usual.
IMAP is the mailbox itself, not a copy: a read flag, a move to a folder and a deletion are applied on the server and show up in every mail program at once. If Outlook has the mailbox set up over POP3 with deletion from the server, messages do not stay on the server: turn on keeping copies on the server in Outlook. POP3 is not supported.
Access is limited to one mailbox, the one whose address and password are connected. If sign-in fails, the server does not answer or the messages you asked for were not found, the agent says so directly instead of showing an empty list.

Morning inbox triage
The agent goes through unread messages in the company mailbox and shows which ones are waiting for a reply, with subject, sender and date.
Website leads in one table
The agent finds the website form messages over a period, pulls out the name, phone and question and builds a table of leads.
Invoices and acts out of attachments
The agent finds a message by sender or subject, pulls out the attached invoice, act or contract and reads what is inside.
Replying from the company address
The agent writes a reply in the thread, forwards a message to a colleague or sends a new email from your domain address over SMTP.
Tidy folders
The agent sorts messages into folders, marks the handled ones as read and deletes what does not need keeping.
Who writes the most
The agent counts a month of mail by sender and shows who fills the mailbox and how many messages were never opened.

Get the mailbox address and password
At a hosting provider this is usually the mailbox's own password from the panel. A mail service with 2-step verification needs an app password.

Leave the servers empty
Usually the server is found from the address domain. If the check did not find it, enter the IMAP and SMTP server names from the hosting panel.

Server mail.hosting.reg.ru, IMAP on port 993 and SMTP on port 465, both with SSL. Look up your own hosting's values in its help pages.

Outlook over POP3: keep copies
If Outlook collects this mailbox over POP3 and deletes from the server, messages vanish there. Turn on Leave a copy of messages on the server.
