# 1C and EDI without manual re-keying

## What the agent can do in 1C

- **Reporting straight from entries:** builds a P&L by business unit, margin and trends from accounting data, with no export to Excel
- **Bank reconciliation:** matches the statement against entries and surfaces discrepancies, duplicates and unclosed payments
- **Documents through EDI:** prepares a reconciliation act with a counterparty, sends it and tracks the signing status
- **Source-document checks:** verifies details, amounts and VAT on an incoming invoice against the contract and the counterparty directory
- **Accounting as an analytics source:** 1C data merges with the CRM and marketplaces into one sales picture

## How it works

The agent connects over APIs to 1C:Accounting, 1C:Trade Management, 1C:ERP and other configurations, and to the EDI operator (Diadoc) — reading entries, documents, reference data and statuses. Access is granted narrowly for the areas you need and every action is logged. Changes in accounting and document sending happen only after confirmation: the agent prepares, the accountant decides.
