### Finding emails by subject
The agent finds messages by subject, sender or folder and returns a summary of the thread, so you do not have to scroll the mailbox by hand.

### A reply in your name
The agent drafts a reply or a new message with attachments and sends it from your address once you approve the text.

The agent files messages into folders, marks the handled ones as read and shows which requests are still waiting for an answer.

On a schedule the agent sends a digest: how many emails arrived over the day, what matters among them and what has been waiting for a reply a second day.

## How to connect

### Sign in to the exact mailbox you are connecting
Log in at mail.yandex.ru under that address: access is granted to whichever mailbox confirms the code. In Yandex 360 for Business the login is the full address, e.g. user@company.ru.

### Enable IMAP in «Почтовые программы» (Mail clients)
Mail settings → «Почтовые программы» (Mail clients, mail.yandex.ru/#setup/client) → turn on «С сервера imap.yandex.ru по протоколу IMAP» (From imap.yandex.ru via IMAP). Until it is on, no external client can read the mailbox.

### Allow authorization by OAuth tokens
In the same section make sure «Пароли приложений и OAuth-токены» (App passwords and OAuth tokens) is active, then save. Without it the server rejects token login even with IMAP already enabled.

## FAQ

### How do I connect Yandex Mail?
With a Yandex ID confirmation code: click Connect, enter the code on the Yandex page and confirm access under the address whose mail you are connecting. Beforehand, in mail settings under email clients, turn on IMAP access and the option for app passwords and OAuth tokens.

### What does the agent see in the mailbox?
Folders and messages over IMAP: subject, sender, date, body and attachments — only for the address whose access code was confirmed.

### Does the agent send emails itself?
The agent composes the message and sends it over SMTP from your address, and it can also reply and forward. Sending happens after you approve the text.

### What else does the agent do with email?
Marks messages as read, moves them between folders and deletes them — the same actions any ordinary mail client has over IMAP.
