## Scenarios

### A message to a client in a messenger
The agent sends a client a message on WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram by phone number or username — right from the conversation, not from a phone.

### State of the connected channels
The agent checks the channels and names the ones that dropped: the QR expired, the link to the phone was lost, or the channel is unpaid.

### Unanswered conversations
The agent collects unanswered messages from the past few days across every channel and shows which clients are still waiting for a reply.

### A template outside the 24-hour window
The agent sends an approved WABA template once the 24-hour WhatsApp conversation window has closed and a regular message would not arrive.

## How to connect

### Connect at least one channel
In your Wazzup account open «Каналы» (Channels) and add WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram. Until at least one channel is connected, the API integration cannot be switched on.

### Turn on the API integration
Go to «Интеграция с CRM» (CRM integration), pick API in the list of integrations and click «Подключить» (Connect). It is the same section where amoCRM and Bitrix24 are set up.

### Copy the API key
The account then shows the API key — a 32-character string of digits and lowercase Latin letters. If you closed the window, the key stays in the same place: «Интеграция с CRM» → «Дополнительно» (Additional) tab.

### How do I connect Wazzup24?
With an API key. Connect at least one channel in your account, open CRM integration, pick API from the list and press Connect — the account shows a 32-character key. Later it lives on the Advanced tab.

### What does the agent see in Wazzup24?
The list of connected channels and their state, contacts, deals and pipelines, message templates, unanswered conversations and the webhooks you have set up.

### Does the agent write to messengers?
Yes: it sends and edits messages on WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram through the connected channels, sends WABA templates and syncs contacts.

### What has to be done before connecting?
Connect at least one channel in the Channels section. Until there is a channel, the account will not let you enable the API integration.
