## How the agent works with Sipuni

The connection uses your Sipuni account number and integration key. Requests are signed on the server. The skill parses CSV exports and preserves the original column names. Phone numbers and recording IDs remain text so that leading zeroes and decimal-looking identifiers are preserved.

Filter call history by dates, direction, status, phone numbers and routing scheme. Audio recordings are downloaded separately using IDs from the export. The agent splits long periods into individual days and reads recording lists in pages, reporting where to resume if an export stops before completion.

## Integration scenarios

### Missed calls over a period
The agent exports missed incoming calls for the selected dates and shows the list of calls.

### History by phone number
The agent finds calls by customer number, employee extension or call routing scheme.

### Review a conversation
The agent downloads a recording using its ID from the export and prepares the audio for transcription and analysis.

### Employee presence
The agent retrieves employees and their current presence statuses.

## How to connect

**Before you connect**

- Sipuni account number and a key from the API integration section

### Sign in to your sipuni.com account
Open sipuni.com and sign in to your company account. Both the integration key and the account number come from there.

### Create a key in «Интеграция по API»
«Настройки» → «Интеграция по API» tab → «Сгенерировать», then «Сохранить». Only then copy the key, and do not share it with anyone.

### Note the account number with its zeroes
The account number is shown in the top right corner. Copy it whole, leading zeroes included: without them the request signature does not match.

## FAQ

### Where do I get the key?
In Sipuni, open Settings → API integration, click Generate and Save. You also need your account number, including any leading zeroes.

### Can it place calls or send SMS?
This integration reads call history, recordings and employee statuses. Placing calls and sending SMS are not included.
