### Registering a creative and getting erid
The agent creates the creative together with its media data and returns the erid that has to go into the link before the placement starts.

### Checking the upload to ERIR
The agent shows which contracts, creatives and acts have not reached ERIR and names the field that stopped the record.

### Acts and impression stats
The agent collects impression stats by platform and the acts due for the monthly reporting deadline and sends a summary of what is still outstanding.

### Contracts and the chain of participants
The agent finds the initial contract by the tax IDs of the parties, checks for duplicates and shows where a link is missing in the counterparty chain.

## How to connect

### Send a registration request to 1ORD
At ord.beeline.ru open «Регистрация», fill «Данные организации», «Контактные данные» and «Данные о размещении рекламы», then press «Отправить заявку». Login and password arrive by email only after the account is activated.

### Accept the offer as the organization admin
On first sign-in the account asks you to accept the offer of ООО «Первый ОРД» (First ORD). Only the organization administrator can accept it, and until it is accepted neither the account nor its API works.

### Create a separate user for the agent
In «Пользователи» press «Добавить пользователя», fill «Электронная почта» and save — the login and password go to that address. You need the «Пользователь API» role; if the form has no role selector, ask support@1ord.ru.

### Verify the login and password by signing in
Sign in with that pair at ord.beeline.ru. The «Неверный логин или пароль» error means the login from the email differs from the mailbox address — reset it via «Восстановление пароля»: email, company type and INN.

## FAQ

### How do I connect 1ORD (Beeline)?
With a user login and password: in the 1ORD account open Users, then Add user with the API User role, and the login and password will arrive at the email you specify. The API address can be left at its default. The offer agreement is accepted before that by the organisation administrator.

### What does the agent see in 1ORD?
Contracts and initial contracts, creatives with their media data, platforms, participants, acts and impression stats — within the permissions of the user whose login and password are connected.

### Does the agent write to 1ORD?
It can: it creates and updates creatives, media data, platforms, acts and impression stats, and sets the flag for upload to ERIR. The details needed for registration come from you, the agent does not invent them.

### Why does a creative have no erid?
The identifier is assigned only after media data has been added to the creative. The agent shows which block is missing and adds it in the same call.
