## How to connect

### Sign in to hh.ru with the right account
Access is granted to whichever account your browser session is signed in as. For vacancies and applications this must be an employer account, not a job seeker one.

### Check that you are a company manager
In your profile open «Управление и автоматизация» → «Менеджеры» (Management and automation → Managers) and find yourself in the list. Only the account administrator can add one via «Добавить менеджера».

### Grant the manager extended rights
On the «Менеджеры вакансий» (Vacancy managers) page use the «…» menu next to the name to enable «К активным вакансиям» and «К архиву вакансий» — without them only personally assigned vacancies are visible.

### Enable access to resume contacts
In the same menu enable «Открытие контактов в резюме из базы» (Open contacts in database resumes), otherwise resumes arrive with no phone or email. API resume search stays within the manager's daily cap of 500 unique resumes.

### How do I connect HeadHunter (hh.ru)?
By signing in through hh.ru: click Connect and approve access in the popup — the token comes back on its own, there is nothing to type by hand. Approve it under the employer account: access goes to whichever account you are signed into in the browser.

### What does the agent see in HeadHunter?
Active and archived vacancies, responses and the correspondence inside them, view statistics, the resume database and the list of company managers — within the permissions of your manager account.

### Does the agent write to HeadHunter?
It can: create and update vacancies, prolong them and move them to the archive, reply inside responses, invite candidates to interviews and change the status of a response.

### Why are there no contacts in a resume?
The manager does not have Opening contacts in resumes from the database enabled on the Vacancy managers page. Database search also runs within a daily cap of 500 unique resumes per manager.
