### Batch check of marking codes
The agent runs a list of codes through True API and tells you which are in circulation, which have been retired and which have not entered circulation yet.

### Stalled turnover documents
The agent collects shipment and acceptance documents for a period and shows which ones the marking system has not processed or has rejected with an error.

The agent reconciles code balances and warehouse stock by product group and shows where the numbers diverge from your own records.

### Product cards in the national catalogue
The agent checks cards by GTIN and finds the unpublished ones and those missing mandatory attributes for their product group.

## How to connect

### Sign in to the marking cabinet with a UKEP
The login page is markirovka.crpt.ru/login-kep; you need the qualified e-signature (УКЭП) of the CEO or of an employee holding a power of attorney. One tax ID means one cabinet: every legal entity has its own token.

### Add your product group in the profile
«Профиль» (Profile) → the «Данные участника» (Participant data) tab → «Редактировать» (Edit): the product group you trade in must be listed. Until it is added, the group is not attached to the cabinet.

### Generate the token in «Участие в системе»
Click your user name in the top right corner → «Профиль» → the «Данные участника» tab → the «Участие в системе» (System participation) block → the «Сгенерировать токен» (Generate token) button, then confirm with your signature.

### Copy the token at once — it is not stored
Use the copy icon next to the field: the value is a long string made of three dot-separated parts. Refreshing the page empties the field, and pressing «Сгенерировать токен» again shows the same token rather than a new one.

## FAQ

### How do I connect Chestny ZNAK?
With a single token from your GIS MT account: open Profile, the Participant data tab, the Participation in the system block, then Generate token, confirming the action with a qualified electronic signature. Copy the value straight away — the field empties once the page reloads.

### How often does the token need refreshing?
A token lives up to 10 hours, after which requests come back with an authorisation error. Generate it again in your account and update it in the connection settings — the agent will tell you outright that it expired instead of silently retrying.

### What can the agent see in Chestny ZNAK?
Marking codes and their statuses, turnover documents, product cards and the national catalogue, balances and warehouse stock, and cash register receipts — for the product groups added in your participant profile.

### Can the agent submit documents into circulation?
Submitting documents requires a qualified electronic signature, which your own token creates, not the agent. The agent reads and verifies: it gathers data, finds errors and prepares lists ready for signing.
