# AI agent integrations

> Connect the services your business already runs on — the agent reads and changes data on your request, with no Excel exports.

Each integration is its own page at /integrations/:slug describing agent scenarios, frequently asked questions and connection steps. Connection happens either via an API key, a one-click account login (OAuth), or a device code — the flow depends on the service.

## How connection works

1. A source is mentioned in chat ("check Ozon", "take it from 1C"), or the connection is made in advance from settings
2. The agent starts the OAuth/token flow and asks the user for the required permissions
3. If the user lacks permissions in the system itself (403/scope), the agent returns an access-request form for the administrator instead of blocking the chat
4. Data is not stored beyond what is needed: it is pulled on request

## Connection security

- OAuth tokens are encrypted on the platform side
- Scopes are requested on a least-privilege basis
- A connection can be revoked at any moment from settings
